Please Note - Mitch is no longer conducting readings at his home or other peoples homes. All his work will be conducted on Zoom or Facebook video chat moving forward.

 

CANCELLATION

If you are unable to make an appointment time and need to cancel, please message me from HERE or call me on 07858 022812 giving at least 24 hours’ notice. 

PRE-BOOKINGS

If you would like to pre-book a time slot to see Mitch for a 1 to 1 reading at a fayre or public event, please note that full payment is required. This is NON - REFUNDABLE - The only time a refund will be issued is if Mitch has to cancel.

NO SHOW

In the unlikely event of no show, you may occur a cancellation fee or Mitch may refuse to read for you and will NOT re-book your appointment. This will also include no shows that have pre-booked a reading at a psychic fayre or other public events.

CHANGE OF DATE

If you need to change your booking date, please message me from HERE or contact me on 07858 022812 giving at least 24 hours’ notice. An alternative date and time can be re-arranged.

REFUNDS

There will be no refunds if you fail to make your appointment. The only time a refund will be issued is if Mitch has to cancel for some reason, and if you have pre-paid for a service.

For demo nights all tickets booked are non-refundable unless Mitch has to cancel. If you choose too not turn up no refund will be given.

They should not be considered a substitute for professional advice upon which decisions are made nor relied upon as fact. We reserve the right to terminate any service should we consider a Reading in person to be vulnerable or at risk and direct them to a recognized help organization. You must be over 18 years of age to use these services. Readings are recorded on Zoom only. 
Mitch Garlington will not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading.
